Woo hoo! We raised £170 for the North London Hospice

nlh+noThank you to everyone who came along to our Tools to Relieve your Every-day Stress on Monday night. We had so many people come along that we ran out of seats!

Everyone enjoyed the talks and took home some practical tools to help deal with stress. Zeenat explained to us more about Cognitive Hypnotherapy, there was a line for people to try out Luisa’s fantastic Fusion Massage and most people went home with seeds in their ears from Stacey to keep the calm for a few more days.

We’ve just added up all the tickets and we’re really pleased to say that, thanks to you we’ve raised £170 for The North London Hospice.

We’d also like to thank the staff at The Queen’s Head, Winchmore Hill who were fantastic in helping us get set up and serving drinks, they even turned the music down for our relaxation session.

We’re planning on running another workshop with Zeenat Ahmed-Peto later in the year, look out for details on the website and Facebook.

Tools to Relieve your Every-day Stress

We’re pleased to be teaming up with Zeenat Ahmed-Peto, Cognitive Hypnotherapist and are holding a workshop where we’ll be sharing information on how hypnotherapy, acupuncture, relaxation and massage can help you relieve the symptoms of every-day stress, AND make improvements at the roots of the problem.

The evening will include:

  • A relaxation session
  • Demonstration of acupressure points using ear seeds
  • Mini massages/self massage tips
  • Talks on all the disciplines
